New appointment of security guard in the month of Sept 2010 - Approved.
- Medical check up of students to be done in the month of Aug. and first week of Sept - Letter send to AFS Doctor, if they are unable to do so then Pvt. Docter will be arranged.
- Repair of roof of Vidyalaya building, white wash and cutting of grass. - Permission granted.
- Purchase of lecture stand and display boards.(Honors Board of students for primary and secondary section.) – Permission granted.
- Purchase of refrigerator, two invertors, digital camera and a gas connection for science lab.. - Permission granted.
- Budget approval of school fund and VVN. - Approved.
- Distribution of sweets to students on 15 Aug.2010.and on 26 Jan.2011. - Permission granted.
- Vinyl flooring of computer labs 1and 2 and library. - Permitted
- Hand ball poles/Basket ball poles- Approved .
- Purchase of iron gamla stands.. - Approved .
- Iron or aluminium fencing of secondary building. – Approved .
- Purchase of fans for library. - Approved .
- Fancy dust bins for Primary and Secondary section of the Vidyalaya. - Approved.
- Purchase of cooler and Aqua Guard. - Approved .
- Condemnation of three (old obsolete technology ) computers and purchase of three new computers. - Approved .
- Window AC for resource room, library and computer room. - Permission granted.
- K V Land transfer position - Sponsoring authority will give the land transfer position in written

Appointment of Security Guard round the clock for watch & ward duty on contractual basis for Vidyalaya - Discussed and under process upto Sept, 2009 the same will be appointed.
- Medical Check-up of students by A.F. Authority/ Civil Authority - Letter sent to AF authority to conduct the medical check up of students, if they refused/show inability to do the same. Than medical checkup will be done through Pvt doctor on payment of Rs. 10/- per students from VVN.
- White washing of both buildings - During autumn break i.e. in the month of Sept/Oct, 2009. White wash will be done by the school.
- Repairing – Minor repairing will be done at Vidyalaya level from VVN.
- Cutting of wild grass. - Grass cutting started by the Group-D and further it will be cut after rainy season through grass cutting Thrasher Tractor on hiring basis and paid through VVN.
- Purchase of Photostat machine/Fax machine/Laptop/ Projector/OHP and Laptop for Vidyalaya. - S ent the letter to KVS, RO, Chandigarh for further sanctioned & release of fund to purchase the same.
- Networking of Junior Computer Lab-II of Primary Section – Case under process.
- Educational Tour/Excursion of different classes students - Local Education Tour for primary classes and Secondary classes will visit Science City Kapurthala and Amritsar / Wagha Boarder.
- Sweet/Biscuits distribution to students on Independence Day - Discussed and decided that biscuits will be distributed in lieu of sweets due to hygienic.
- Invitation to the board class topper for the session 2008-09 for ‘Flag Hoisting’ on Independence Day. - Discussed and worthy Chairman agreed to invited the topper of board class for ‘Flag Hoisting’ on Independence Day.
- Appointing Contractual Computer Instructor – Permission granted to appoint Ms Meena as Computer Instructor on contractual basis.
- Provision of one additional room in primary wing - Letter will be sent to remind for additional room for Primary wing.
- Purchase of furniture for primary section - Permission granted to purchase the furniture from VVN for Class-I.
